A lot of Community Halls spread all over the state, However, it doesn’t provide enough facilities to have an engaging activities between Government and Community.
Instead, they take those spaces as a business opportunity by taking advantages and charging the services to the citizens.
Therefore, do we need same approach as those buildings?
